The assessment

The assessment on this site is a free educational tool. Your score is calculated from the answers you give about your own habits. It is not a medical test, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

The membership

The Baseline Membership is a digital programme and an AI coaching assistant, accessed online. It is not a supplement or a medication, nothing is shipped, and it has no connection to any prescription medicine. We do not promise any particular result — outcomes depend on your starting point and on how consistently you apply it. The coach gives general guidance on habits only; it is not a clinician and does not provide medical advice.

Billing, cancellation and refunds

Membership begins with a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends you are not charged. After that, membership renews automatically — either $24.97 every 28 days, or $179 once a year — until you cancel. The 28-day cycle matches the length of the programme, so a renewal falls at the end of a cycle rather than partway through one. You can cancel at any time from the “Manage membership” link inside the programme, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

If the membership is not right for you, email us within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full.

Eligibility

This site and everything on it is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Speak to your doctor before changing your diet, your exercise or any medication, and particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, managing a health condition or taking prescription medicine.
