Your assessment answers. Each answer you give is stored against a random session identifier so we can calculate your score and show your results.

Your email address, when you enter it to open your results.

Your first name and mobile number, only if you choose to give them on the results page in order to receive your summary by text. This is optional and is never required to see your results or to buy anything.

Basic technical information — the page that referred you, your browser user agent, and any campaign parameters in the link you arrived on.

How we use it

To produce and send your score, to improve the assessment, and to send you related health emails. If you gave us your number and ticked the consent box, to text you your summary and a single start reminder.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your assessment answers with advertisers.

Your choices

Every email has an unsubscribe link. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. You can ask us to delete your data at any time and we will do it.
